Acceptable Use Policy — Zombie AI Trend

Prohibited AI content, photo consent, content moderation, reporting, enforcement, and appeals.
Oct 10, 2026

Effective October 10, 2026. This policy applies to uploaded media, text prompts, generated content, and use of Zombie AI Trend, and forms part of our Terms of Service.

Prohibited content and conduct

  • Pornography, sexually explicit or NSFW content, sexual exploitation, and non-consensual intimate imagery are prohibited.
  • Violence and gore are prohibited, including graphic injury, mutilation, bloodshed, threats of real-world harm, and content encouraging or glorifying violence. Calling content fictional does not exempt prohibited material from review.
  • Hate speech is prohibited, including attacks, dehumanization, threats, or promotion of discrimination or violence against people based on protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability.
  • Do not upload minors' photos or create child sexualization, exploitation, or other child-unsafe content.
  • Do not create deceptive deepfakes, impersonate someone, fabricate evidence, harass, defame, or violate privacy. Obtain consent from each depicted adult and the rights needed to use their photos. Do not represent an AI scene as a real event.
  • Do not infringe copyright, trademarks, or other rights, commit fraud or other unlawful acts, evade safety controls, or abuse the service.

The product is intended for consensual, non-graphic fictional effects. Consent alone does not make prohibited content acceptable. A prompt or output can still be rejected under a generation provider's safety rules.

Content moderation

Generation requests are subject to automated safety controls. Uploaded reference media is checked before generation through the configured media moderation service; blocked media does not proceed. Generation providers also apply their own safety rules and may reject requests. Where required safety checks are unavailable, affected generation requests cannot proceed.

Before generation, Waffo prompt screening checks user prompts and scene text used for generation. Only an allow decision permits the request to continue through the remaining safety checks. A block decision rejects the request; a review decision or an unavailable screening service pauses the request without submitting it for generation. A review decision does not guarantee automatic human review or later approval; contact support to question a decision.

These controls can make mistakes and do not guarantee that every violation will be detected. We do not promise human review of every prompt or generated output, or comprehensive post-generation review of every output. Review your result before downloading, publishing, or sharing it; do not distribute content that violates this policy. Passing automated screening does not establish that content is lawful or approved for every use.

Report content or appeal a decision

Email [email protected] with the subject “Content report” or “Moderation appeal.” Include the task ID or relevant page link, the reason for the report or appeal, and a contact email. If you are reporting misuse of your likeness or rights, describe your connection to the material. Do not attach private original photos, illegal material, passwords, API keys, or payment details; an ID, link, and description are enough to start a review.

Reports are reviewed using the information supplied and available task records. We may request necessary non-sensitive clarification, assess the policy issue, and respond to the reporting or appealing contact when appropriate. We do not publish a guaranteed response time or offer an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Enforcement

Depending on severity and available evidence, we may reject or stop a generation, restrict access to or remove content under our control, warn a user, temporarily suspend access, or terminate an account for serious or repeated violations. We may preserve relevant records and respond to lawful requests where required. An appeal may result in a decision being upheld or corrected; it does not guarantee restoration of content or access. Credit adjustments and payment refunds are governed separately by the Refund Policy and applicable law.
